• Hiring and candidate information shared with us during a search, such as role briefs, resumes, interview notes, and related communications.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, referring URLs, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the product, respond to inquiries, run recruiting searches, and improve the service.

• To follow up on shortlist requests and other contact forms.
• To screen, match, and introduce candidates and hiring teams.
• To create and administer accounts, and to send service messages.

• To send product or hiring updates when you have asked us to, or where we have another lawful basis to do so.

How we share information

• With hiring companies or candidates as part of an active search, limited to what is needed for that engagement.
